REFUND POLICY
Dash of Beauty will offer a free touch up appointment (which is non-refundable or in exchange for an infill appointment) to try and resolve the fault initially. Dash of Beauty will only provide you with a partial to full refund if the goods/service are deemed faulty within the first three days post treatment. You can choose between a refund/credit where goods/service are acknowledged as faulty by the owner. Refunds will not be given for change of mind or wrong selection in service. Dash of Beauty makes a decision, at its absolute discretion, that it deems reasonable to rectify the situation. Dash of Beauty reserves the right to decide the refund amount according to the final outcome.
